For example in Decision, the case of Shankar Mahadevan is shared wherein he had given up his career as a Software Engineer with Oracle to pursue his dream as a Musician. Moreover lot of videos are also shown to make the talk interesting.

You become what you think: This program is relating to how one is a product of one’s thought. It talks of Positive thinking, how to overcome fear, and creativity. Here also stories are shared of people who from nothing could change their lives because they way they thought.

You are the chosen one: This program basically talks of that all of us have been chosen for a role and if we can perform our roles in a positive manner and without compromising for any reason, then we shall become a legend in that role. In the chosen one, emphasis is given that we are all players on this stage called earth and how well we play our roles will determine our success and whether we can become a legend in what are doing.

The Path to Success: This inspirational program talks of what are the things that one needs to keep in mind to get success in life. How a man thinks determines his success. No obstacle can stop success. Here for instance the story of Martin Guptill, the great New Zealand cricketer is shared. Martin had lost three of his toes in a Forklift Truck accident when he was 14 years old. But no obstacle could stop him from achieving his goal to play for New Zealand.

Peak versus Super peak Performance: This program talks of how one can outgrow himself and reach the top of his trade. This program gives an instance of Mount Everest as the Super Peak and the other peaks surrounding it. Most of us talk of Mount Everest and few us even know about the peaks surrounding Mount Everest.
